"The Death of a Volunteer": Clue, Who Dunit?

Everyday that the crew and volunteers at Fort Sisseton show up to work things are out of place, messed up or missing.  They put it down as summer crew shenanigans, at lest until today.  When they arrived to work, one of the volunteers was found murdered.  By going around to the different buildings for clues, can you figure out who dunit?
